Governance and Organization

DISH governance structure is comprised of these authoritative bodies:

The Scientific Committee of the Interdepartmental Research Centre “Digital Scholarship for the Humanities” (DISH) is composed of 42 members, 16 of whom were appointed by the founding Departments at the time of the Centre’s establishment, while the remaining members were co-opted by the original members.

Among the collaborators of the Centre are highly qualified professionals working in the Centre’s fields of interest, whether tenured or non-tenured, and whether affiliated or not affiliated with the University of Turin, including PhD candidates, research fellows, researchers, and others, as provided for by Article 3, paragraph 2 of the Regulations.

  • Anna Maria Marras, Researcher at the Dipartimento di Studi storici. She holds a PhD in Archaeology and serves as Coordinator of the Digital Technologies Commission of ICOM Italia. She has collaborated with Prof. Maurizio Vivarelli on several initiatives related to the representation and communication of Cultural Heritage in digital environments. Her research interests encompass various areas of the digital humanities, including acquisition, management, preservation, and communication. She collaborates with public and private institutions on the development of accessible and sustainable technologies for cultural heritage. She has organized several national and international meetings and conferences on open data, participation, archaeology, and museums.
