Governance and Organization

DISH governance structure is comprised of these authoritative bodies:

• The President: Prof. Ermanno Malaspina (Department of Humanities)
• The Vice-President: Prof. Maurizio Vivarelli (Department of Historical Studies)
• The Director: Prof. Cristina Trinchero (Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Modern Cultures)
• The Vice-Director: Prof. Rossana Damiano (Department of Computer Science)
• The Scientific Board
• The Management Board

Members of the Scientific Board were appointed by the Directors of the nine founding Departments and will stand for two terms (six years in all, from 2021 to 2027).

The chairpersons have been elected by members of the Scientific Board at the first meeting on 5th February 2021 and will stand for a three-year term (triennium 2021-2024), as the members of the Management Board.
